We’ve been making dog food since the ’60s; like all good businesses, we started with a bloke in a garden shed when our founder couldn’t find the food he wanted for his dogs. This led him to develop his own recipe, which he started making for himself and his mates. This independent spirit remains in the identity of the Alpha Feeds that you see today.

We’ve grown a lot over the years, and our factory has seen huge investment to ensure that we continue to deliver great quality products that meet the needs of today’s working dogs, ferrets and cats too. Being based on the Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire border sees us perfectly positioned to work with local farmers to buy naturally nutritious produce straight from the field.

We have a top team of nutritionists who understand the needs of working dogs, ensuring we develop the optimum fuel to deliver the performance you want day after day.
